International Shipping Shipping outside of the continental United States to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico will most likely require an additional shipping charge. Estimated Shipping Time All products online are items "In Stock" and will typically ship from Denver, Colorado within 2 business days upon receipt of your order. These products are subject to on-site sale and availability and lead times are not guaranteed. Products damaged in shipping or defective products Upon receiving your purchase, you have 2 weeks to inspect the merchandise and inform Lighting Liquidators of any manufacturing defects or damages that occured prior to delivery. We require that a photo of the damaged product be sent via internet/ fax or mail to determine extent of damage. Lighting Liquidators will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional cost if appropriate. However if a return is desired, restocking fees will apply. No exchanges or refunds will be provided if the customer fails to notify Lightng Liquidators of the damaged or defective merchandise within 2 weeks of receipt. Customer’s obligation when returning product Customer’s must pack products in the original box with sufficient packing material and clearly mark with the return merchandise number. It would benefit the customer to insure the package being returned. Merchandise damaged due to insufficient packing on the part of the custumer during return process will not be replaced or refunded. Products damaged during return shipping process In the case that the product is damaged during the return shipping process back to Lighting Liquidators, no refund or credit will be honored. Lighiting Liquidators will inform the the customer via email that the item(s) were received damaged, and will be held for up to 45 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shiping company and notify Lighting Liquidators of the status of the damaged merchandise. If Lighting Liquidators does not obtain notification or confirmation from the customer before 45 days, the item will be deemed unsaleable. Refunds Refunds (less restocking fees) will be applied to the customer once the returned item has been received and inspected for damage. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to Lighting Liquidators error. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which they were purchased and to the original credit card used. Items returned without the proper requirements (as mentioned above), or returned to the wrong location may delay or cancel the total refund.
